Ain't That A Kick In The Head
When I was fiddling with my handphone suddenly Len came up to me. She didn't tell me that she would be coming today. Gee...what a pleasant surprise. So the two of us had a few rounds until Jonathan arrived with his friends. Later a totally drenched Zero joined us.
I had to bail at 1pm for my weekly friday prayers. The rain seemed to have stopped momentarily. However on the way back to NYP the weather took a turn for the worse. When I returned to the sports hall at 2.15pm, Jon and his friends were still there. So I resumed playing badminton for another hour.
Finally when I'm back at home, I started chatting with Zero on MSN. He said that wanted to play the keyboard game at the arcade. I tried persuading some people to join us but of course I got shot down. ( I don't even want to try asking my class mates to watch movies or anything else anymore. Its just depressing and a collosal waste of Smses.)
We met at the North East Line station and proceeded to the Star Factory Arcade where Zero flaunted his 'keying' and 'tapping' skills. Wow...I'm so amazed-not!...lol. When that particular piece of itinenary had been dispensed with, we hustled over to X-zone's X-box room.
One thing's for certain, I'm never going to play video games with Yan Yan (kosong) again. He doesn't compromise! [Yeah you don't Zero...jeez. You're agrresive and I'm submissive. Think Comskill] After that lousy half hour we went strolling round Orchard. The crowd's overwhelming and we're desperately trying to avoid the 'foamers'. (Nasty vendors who spray sickening white paste on unsuspecting people)
We walked all the way to the big tree opposite of Wheelock place. Oooh nice tree. Zero grumbled about his performance being cancelled. Following that we took the longer route to 'That CD shop' and did some browsing. I bought Westlife's Allow Us To Be Frank and went home...next year. haha I know that was lame but I had to say it.
Happy New Year Everybody!
